A legal disclaimer

For clients/potential clients—The information collected by Nathan DeMetz Personal Training will be used for fitness evaluation purposes and for the design, implementation, progression, and maintenance of an individualized fitness program and/or advertisement purposes.

 

All personal and medical information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without prior authorization, except in the case of a medical emergency or to the minimum extent necessary to achieve a safe and effective fitness program.

All data is deleted once a client stops working with us. We do not retain any client information once a person is no longer a client.

 

At times, the trainers or other parties at Nathan DeMetz Personal Training may record training sessions, take photos during workouts, or use client provided media for promotional purposes. You can opt out. An opt-out is included in the intake documents, which you can view here.

For site visitors—we do not collect any data (name, IP address, email, etc.) by use of cookies or any other method. If you send us a message, we will respond to the email provided. You can opt out of communications by letting us know in an email response, or by unsubscribing from any mailings we send using third-party software. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute emails, names, or other data to third parties.

We are in compliance with all privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
